Sponsorship Opportunities - There's Still Time!
Sponsorship opportunities help exhibitors enhance their exposure at the show and drive traffic to their booth! The AGTA offers a wide variety of sponsorships for all budget types. Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shopping Totes
Advertise your company on a durable, official AGTA Shopping Tote. A handy carry-all, the bag will be supplied to all attending buyers at the registration counters, the AGTA booth and all show entrances. (Sponsor must provide bag artwork.)

Shopping Tote Inserts
Include your company's product information or advertising material in the official AGTA Shopping Tote, which is given to all GemFair Tucson attendees. It's a virtual guarantee that each buyer will walk away with at least one piece of information about your company. (Customer must provide 10,000 inserts. Insert can be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11" in size.)

GemHall Banners
AGTA is providing the opportunity this year to purchase two sizes of banner in the GemHall. These banners will be visible from the Galleria windows as well as the GemHall floor. Create maximum exposure for your company by including your logo, company name and booth number. (Sponsor to provide logo in an electronic format.)

Escalator Banners
Gain maximum visibility and drive high volumes of traffic to your booth! Banners will make a lasting impression on GemFair buyers. Four banners will be placed on each wall that faces the escalators. Each banner is 3’ x 10’ and contains the company name, logo and booth number. (Sponsor to provide banner artwork.)

Badge Lanyards
Create walking billboards to be worn by all attending buyers, exhibitors and press at GemFair. Place your company name, logo and booth number on the badge lanyards. The AGTA will distribute the badge lanyards during registration. (Sponsor will be responsible for producing and shipping 10,000 badge lanyards to Tucson for distribution at the show.)

Wi-Fi Internet Access
Your company will receive exposure with a splash-page promoting your company each time a user logs on to internet, banner signage, shopping tote inserts and the ability to pass out flyers to booth exhibitors. (Sponsor to provide banner artwork, shopping bag inserts and flyers.)

Coffee Cup Sleeves and Drink Cups
Careful: Sponsorship very hot! Elevate your recognition by placing your logo on 10,000 hot beverage sleeves and 10,000 clear cold beverage cups throughout the show. You may print a two-color logo and your booth number to be sure you’re top of mind with buyers. (Sponsor to provide logo and booth number in an electronic format for 2”x2.75” space.)

Carpet Decals
Leave your tracks to help buyers find you at GemFair. Sponsor a 3’ x 3’ carpet decal featuring your logo and booth number and be a step ahead of your competition! Decals will be placed throughout the show grounds in randomly selected locations. (Sponsor to provide logo in an electronic format.)

Dinner Dance Sponsorships
The AGTA Dinner Dance and Awards Gala is the most complete gathering of key buyers and industry leaders in the gemstone and jewelry industry. Buyers, exhibitors, trade media and industry-others unwind and network while enjoying incredible food, live music and cocktails. Winners of the 2012 AGTA Spectrum Awards™ competition will be honored. There's not a better or more cost effective way to market your company and influence buyers than at this must-attend event.

Golf Tournament Sponsorships benefiting the Special Olympics
Each year, the AGTA Coyote Classic charity golf tournament kicks off the AGTA GemFair™. The AGTA has put together an outstanding day of networking, competition and fun to benefit the Special Olympics. This much-anticipated tournament is packed with buyers and exhibitors, as well as local and national celebrities. Join us as a major sponsor and help this deserving organization. (Sponsor must supply banner artwork.)

Make a Charitable Donation
In-kind gifts will be used for golf and raffle prizes. Items sought include golf equipment and apparel, merchandise, dining certificates or any other item you wish to donate. Minimum value $100.
